HURRiCHiLL™ Blast Chiller, Roll-in, remote refrigeration, accepts (1) mobile rack that holds (24) 12" x 20" x 2.5" or (12) 18" x 26" pan capacity, 250 lbs. from 160° F to 38° F blast chill capacity/90 minutes, 7" LCD touch screen controller with Quick Start & A La Carte functionality, (1) food probe, stainless steel interior & exterior, UL EPH CLASSIFIED, ANSI/NSF, cUL (NOTE: This model is right-hand hinged, lead time may be increased - consult factory)
